Viewfinder: Broadneck Elementary's Got Talent

Lights, cameras, and action - the Broadneck Elementary School annual talent show had it all this week, with 44 acts featuring students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

The show was sponsored by the school's PTO and coordinated by parent volunteer Tammy Mountcastle.

"We usually hold auditions that also serve as a dress rehearsal," explained Mountcastle. "You wear and do exactly what you would in the show so we can make sure everything is appropriate for a family show."

The event was held in the auditorium at Broadneck High School to accommodate the large crowd of families who were there to support their talented little ones.
