Generous Contributions Fuel 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund at Charlestown

Charlestown, the Erickson Senior Living community in Catonsville, MD, distributed more than $442,629 to 845 eligible hourly team members through its 2025 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).

The SAF, made possible through contributions from generous residents, was distributed during a Staff Appreciation Celebration on December 3rd, where team members enjoyed festive holiday drinks, entered raffles, and signed thank-you banners for residents. The gifts express residents’ gratitude for the exceptional services team members provide throughout the year to support an engaging, worry-free lifestyle.

This year, Charlestown residents contributed more to the Staff Appreciation Fund than ever before.
