Cost of Occupancy Renewals Climbs in College Park

Fiscal Year 2014 brings with it new rates for the residential permits.

Residential occupancy permit renewals will cost a little more in College Park now that Fiscal Year 2014 has arrived.

Applications received after June 30, 2013 will be subject to the rate increases listed below.

Single-family residences

  • As of July 1: $207 per unit

Fraternities/sororites

  • Before: $560 per building
  • As of July 1: $580 per building

Hotels/motels and tourist facilites

  • Before: $40 per guest room
  • As of July 1: $41 per guest room

Nonresidential (commercial or industrial) premises

  • Before: $120 each
  • As of July 1: $124 each
