Update: Deputy, Suspect Identified in Fatal Domestic Violence Shooting
Prince George's County Sheriff's Office have identified the deputy who fatally shot a man at a Suitland home after responding to a 911 call.

Prince George’s County Police Department has identified the suspect who was shot by a deputy during a domestic violence call at a Suitland home Thursday to be Michael Ricardo Minor, 38, of the 2300 block of Houston Street.
Authorities also say the woman told deputies Kendal Wade, who shot Minor, and Tiffany Pullam she called 911 after Minor assaulted her and believed he retrieved a handgun before he left the home.

Preliminary investigation suggests Minor did not obey verbal commands from the deputies and made furtive movements during the confrontation, according to authorities.
No weapon was recovered on scene.

The Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office has identified the deputy who fatally shot a suspect during a domestic violence call as Deputy Kendal Wade, a four-year veteran of the department.
Authorities say Deputy Tiffany Pullam was also on scene during the incident, the Washington Post reports.
Officers were called to a Suitland home in the 2300 block of Houston Street about 1 a.m. Thursday after a woman called 911.
Wade and Pullam were in the house talking with the female victim when the male suspect appeared at the front door and confronted them, Patch previous reported. Wade fired his weapon, striking the suspect, identified as the woman’s boyfriend, during the confrontation. He was taken to the Prince George’s Hospital Center, where he was pronounced dead about 6 a.m.
Wade and Pullam both work in the Domestic Violence Intervention Division, according to the Post. Both deputies have been placed on routine administrative leave as investigation on the incident continues.
The identity of the suspect has not been released.
