Teen Girl Reports Man Exposing Himself + Stranger Climbs Into People's Vehicles: HCPD
A teenager reported a man exposing himself to her and multiple people reported a man threatening them and trying to get into their vehicles.
COLUMBIA, MD — A teenage girl reported a man exposing himself to her while she was in a parking lot in the 8900 block of McGaw Court.
The incident happened Sept. 17 around 5:20 p.m. Howard County Police were able to locate the suspect and arrest him. Muhammad Fayyaz, 52, of Catonsville, has been charged with indecent exposure, the police department stated.

On Sept. 17 around 9:25 p.m. in the 8600 block of Guilford Road, Howard County Police arrived to find Mark Groover, 40, threatening people and trying to get into occupied and unoccupied vehicles. Groover then assaulted the police officers before they arrested him. Two police officers sustained minor injuries, the police department reported.
Groover was charged with assault, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and drug possession.
