CROFTON, MD — A Crofton man couldn't believe his luck when his racetrax lotto ticket netted $46,104. It all started with a $20 wager and ended up with winnings of almost $50,000 for the 41-year-old Anne Arundel County resident who goes by the nickname “#1 Jockey."
“If I’m going to win, I want a prize that will pique my interest,” he said.
The lucky player told the Maryland Lottery he and his wife will use a portion of the winnings to celebrate their wedding anniversary with a trip to Hawaii and the rest will be saved.
