Baysox to Start Games a Half-Hour Earlier in 2014
The minor league team has announced its schedule for next year.

Though there are still a few games left in the 2013 campaign, it's never to early to plan for next spring's baseball season.
The Bowie Baysox released its 2014 schedule Thursday, which in includes 71 home games over 14 home stands, kicking off on April 13, 2014 and finished off Sept. 1, 2014.
Big news for the 2014 season is a change in start time for weekday home games.
“Based on fan feedback, we have decided to move most of our weekday games that traditionally started at 7:05 to 6:35 in 2014,” Baysox General Manager Brian Shallcross said in a press release. “Two years ago we adjusted our Saturday game times to 6:35, which has been a popular change with our fans."
Monday through Sunday, home games are being pushed an hour earlier from 7:05 p.m. to 6:35 p.m. Through June 22, Sunday home games will begin at 2:05 p.m. and 6:05 p.m. beginning July 13.
There will be some exceptions to this new schedule. There will be games at 11:05 a.m. on April 9, April 23, July 14 and July 23. There will also be 2:05 games on Aug. 31 and Sept. 1 in the 2014 season.
