Chesapeake Bay Events has announced another artist in the lineup for the 2015 Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival.
Gregg Allman, one of the founding members of the Allman Brothers Band along with his brother Duane, will perform alongside an already stellar lineup of artists. Other musicians slated to perform include Jonny Lang, Charlie Musselwhite, Bobby Rush, Shemekia Copeland, Tommy Castro and the Painkillers, Davy Knowles, Jarekus Singleton, Mingo Fishtrap, Quinn Sullivan, Patty Reese’s Sisterhood of Soul and Grammy award-winner Buddy Guy.
“Any one of our performers could headline a show and we have them all in one place for a weekend,” said Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival promoter Don Hooker.
