Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. Our school offers a welcoming and supportive environment where families and individuals can learn, grow, and achieve their goals. We are a blended school of Korean Tang Soo Do, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, American Kickboxing and Chinese Qigong.

A local chiropractor is collected food and cash to support the Crofton Christian Caring Council.  Dr. Thomas Lo of the Advanced Chiropractic Center and Nutritional Healing Center of Crofton will offer a free allergy screening or free foot detox for anyone who brings in 20 food items or donates $25.  The collection will go through Nov. 27.  - Advanced Chiropractic Center is located at 2135 Defense Highway in Crofton. For more information go to Doctorlo.com.
