Our school, Accrete Martial Arts (AMA), is passionate about empowering individuals of all ages through the practice of martial arts. Arundel High's Chuck Markiewicz has been nominated as one of the best football coaches in the state by USA Today.  Fans of Arundel High <a href="http://contest.usatodayhss.com/vote/bestcoach2013/md" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">can vote for Markiewicz in an online poll featuring seven other coaches</a>. The top vote-getter moves onto a regional round of voting,and the final winner received $2,000 for the school's athletic department.  This first round of voting ends Oct. 8.  In nominating Markiewicz, USA Today noted his 10 playoff appearances, a state finals appearance in 1997 and a Class 4A title in 1994. He also reached 200 victories in his career last year. This season, the Wildcats have started off the season 3-1.

The Arundel High football coach celebrated his 200th win last year. Fans can vote for him in a poll on USA Today.
