PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – August 21 2023 - The Rose Group, a leading franchisee of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, announced today that Michael Evans, Manager was promoted to General Manager of our Crofton, MD location.

Evans joined The Rose Group in 2019 as a restaurant manager. “Michael's
passion for instituting systems and standards along with his strong beliefs in proper training and taking care of his people will serve him well in his new role! Evans currently resides in Joppa, MD with his family. Outside of work, Evans enjoys coaching his son’s baseball team. His hobbies also include golf and being a Disneyworld fanatic.
