Roundz Gourmet Market and Catering is moving into small plates.  The Crofton restaurant will offer Spanish-style tapas on Fridays between 4-7 p.m., according to a press release. Each plate will cost $5. The menu offerings will change each week, depending on the availability of fresh ingredients. Roundz will begin selling the small plate meals on June 14. Examples of small plate dishes include:  <ul> <li>Poached Rockfish with Gingered Slaw or Carrots &amp; a Yuzu Emulsion</li> <li>Marinated Heirloom Tomatoes with Feta</li> <li>Corn Seafood Soup of Coconut Milk, Curry, Spice, Rockfish &amp; Shrimp</li> </ul> Customers can still offer full meals off the daily menu as well.
