Local police are warning residents of a string of incidents in which criminals have smashed windows or slashed tires in the Crofton and Gambrills area.  Anne Arundel County police said that in recent weeks, they have responded to a number of incidents on at least seven streets. In several cases, windows have been smashed in with rocks or landscaping bricks. In other cases, suspects have slashed car tires or smashed side view mirrors.  Police said the incidents have happened over a wide area, including on these streets: <ul> <li>Waugh Chapel Road</li> <li>Chapman Road</li> <li>Shreve Court</li> <li>Tilghman Drive</li> <li>Fallway Drive</li> <li>Cambridge Drive</li> <li>Foxdale Court</li> </ul> Anyone with information on these cases is asked to call the Anne Arundel County Police Western District at 410-222-6155. If you've been a victim, call 410-222-8610.
