Elkridge residents may be welcoming new neighbors along Lebanon Lane and Old Washington Road where new homes are under construction.
Construction workers were working Monday in the heat wave on some of the homes's foundations as well as laying the groundwork on other plots.
The neighborhood will be known as Augustine Valley and new homes start in the upper 400,000s.
