Charcuterie Board Business Getting Ready To Feed Howard County Residents
A national charcuterie board business will be opening in Ellicott City this month, and is looking to hire staff members.
ELLICOTT CITY, MD — Graze Craze will be opening a Howard County site in time for fall festivities and holiday gatherings.
According to the company's website, Graze Craze creators called Grazologists help customers piece together the perfect assembly of food items on a charcuterie board or full table that's customized for an event.
The grazing boards can serve anywhere from 10 to 20 people in various sizes while grazing boxes come in two sizes - The Lone Grazer for up to two people and The Picnic Box for four people. There's also the Grab & Graze for one snacker and a smaller size, the Char-Cutie-Cup. Add-ons include a gourmet pickle box, a bread box and a bread and cracker box.
