Conservancy celebrates the planet and an anniversary

April 26 open house offers music, kids activities, garden and history tours, blacksmith demonstrations, food trucks & animal encounters

This spring, the Howard County Conservancy celebrates 35 years of
connecting people to nature with a planet party and anniversary
celebration. On April 26, join the Conservancy for anniversary cake and a
special announcement at 10 a.m. Stay to celebrate the planet and the
Conservancy until 2 p.m. with farmhouse and native
garden tours, a one-man band, blacksmith demonstrations, a scavenger
hunt, a story walk, animal encounters, food trucks, children’s nature
activities and Youth Climate Institute programs.
