A lease may not include: ● Requires you to allow the landlord to

you give up your legal rights under the law or your right to a
jury trial ● Any provision that shortens any notice
period required by law ● Any other provision identified in Section
8-208 of the Real Property Article of the Maryland Code, or any
other provision otherwise prohibited by law
