Dog Missing From Joppa Area

Have you seen Lizzy the pit bull in your travels around the area?

A pit bull has been missing from the Joppa area since Thursday night, and her family is hoping for safe and swift return

Lizzy, a 2-year-old pit bull, went missing around 8:30 p.m. from the Joppa area off U.S. Route 7, her owner, Meg Willow, wrote in a Facebook message to Patch.

The pit bull is described as friendly, lovable and good with children, although a little intimidated by strangers at first. She responds well to her name and will eventually come up to an unknown person for love and attention, Willow wrote.
