Fallston Man Named Upper Chesapeake Vice President
Aaron Rabinowitz joins the health system from a Baltimore law firm.

Upper Chesapeake Health on Thursday announced a Fallston man will join the hospital as vice president, general counsel.
Aaron Rabinowitz most recently practiced as a health attorney at Ober Kaler in Baltimore, working with hospitals and health professionals on legal and reimbursement issues.
“Aaron brings to UCH a unique blend of health care law, with a focus on regulatory compliance, and health policy,” Lyle Sheldon, Upper Chesapeake Health's president and CEO, said in a release. “And with the many changes on the horizon in health policy at the state and national level, this is an ideal time to have his insight and knowledge on our senior leadership team.”

Rabinowitz also has served as a research fellow on the U.S. Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee and an antitrust economic consultant at CRA International in Washington.
Rabinowitz, who earned his PhD in health policy from Harvard and J.D. at Harvard Law School, has "written and lectured extensively on issues at the intersection of health care law, policy, and economics," the release states.
