Girl, Rescuers Injured At King & Queen Seat
A 12-year-old girl fell Saturday from the popular hiking spot in Rocks State Park.

A 12-year-old girl was flown to a regional trauma center Saturday afternoon after falling about 50 feet from the King and Queens Seat in Rocks State Park.
The fall happened around 3:30 p.m. at the popular remote location in northern Harford County.
According to Rich Gardiner of the Harford County Fire & EMS Assocation, the girl suffered multiple injuries in the fall. Gardiner added that three Maryland Department of Natural Resources officers were injured in the incident.

The natural rock outcropping is situated some 200 feet above Deer Creek, according to the Department of Natural Resources.
