This Week: 5 UCBAC Teams Seek State Titles

The Upper Chesapeake Bay Athletic Conference will be guaranteed of at least one trophy returning to Harford and Cecil counties, as five teams compete in the MPSSAA baseball, softball and lacrosse state tournaments.

Fallston and Patterson Mill meet in the Class 2A/1A boys lacrosse championship at 6 p.m. Tuesday at UMBC Stadium in Catonsville.

Also competing this week are the Bel Air and Bo Manor baseball teams, and the Perryville softball team. They'll play in state semifinals on Tuesday with hopes of reaching the state finals later this week.

Bel Air plays North Hagerstown at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Joe Cannon Stadium in Anne Arundel County. Bo Manor plays Allegheny at 7 p.m. Tuesday at McCurdy Field in Frederick. 

Perryville softball plays Mountain Ridge at 4 p.m. Tuesday at Bachman Park in Anne Arundel County.

The baseball championships are held at Ripken Stadium, while the softball championships are held at the University of Maryland.
