To enhance community awareness of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) health, CCACC Health Center will hold a bilingual (Chinese and English) online Health Talk titled "The ENT Survival Guide: Common General ENT Complaints" on Friday, January 2, 2026, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM. The session will be presented by Dr. Andrew Yueh-Ling Lee, a board-certified General Otolaryngologist (ENT).
Dr. Lee practices in Rockville, Maryland, and focuses on treating both adult and pediatric patients with common Ear, Nose, and Throat complaints. He completed his medical training and residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.
During the Health Talk, Dr. Lee will explain in simple and easy-to-understand terms the most common symptoms encountered in ENT clinics and when to seek medical care. Topics include ear itchiness and discomfort, nasal congestion and runny nose, postnasal drip causing throat irritation, and sore throat, among other common issues. He will also share practical methods for managing these symptoms at home and advise on situations that require timely professional attention.
The Health Talk aims to help community members develop a correct understanding of ENT conditions and learn practical health management strategies under expert guidance, thereby improving family daily health care. The Health Talk will be conducted in both Chinese and English, making it accessible to community members of different language backgrounds.

Metropolitan Ballet Theatre presents "A Day of Service." Join the pre-professional dancers of Metropolitan Ballet Theatre on Martin Luther King Jr. Day and be inspired by Dr. King's words through the art of dance. This contemporary ballet performance will have an interactive portion that is optional for young dancers in the audience to participate in. The estimated length of the performance is 45 minutes. 
Founded in 1989, Metropolitan Ballet Theatre and Academy (MBT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring dancers of all ages and abilities through professional instruction in ballet, jazz, modern, tap, and hip hop. With studios in Gaithersburg and Clarksburg, MBT offers a supportive environment where students can explore both technical training and creative expression. In addition to academy classes, students perform in professional productions alongside guest artists and benefit from outreach and arts education programs. Just like a charity fun run, Plunge participants accept donations from their friends and family to support their dash into icy cold water on February 7th. Before plunging at the National Harbor, we'll have warm beverages, snacks, action tables, games, and a mini-rally. After plunging, we'll all come back together to continue the fun with pizza and a beer on CCAN.

Performing his hands-on, interactive magic shows for more than 700 groups a year. The performance will be 45 minutes and great for ages 6 and under.
