Kick off the Labor Day festivities in Greenbelt Friday night at the Roosevelt Center for the annual Midway Carnival. Tons of rides, games and food available throughout the weekend. The festival times change each day: Friday, 6 p.m. - 11 p.m.; Saturday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m.; Sunday, 12 p.m. - 11 p.m. and Monday, 12 p.m. - 6 p.m.
