Who Let The Dogs ... In The Pool?

The 7th annual Pooch Plunge, hosted by Greenbelt Animal Control saw huge turnout.

As the dog days of summer come to a end, the Greenbelt Fitness and Aquatic Center closed out their pool this weekend with the 7th annual Pooch Plunge.

The Pooch Plunge, a fundraising event hosted by Greenbelt Animal Control, saw crowds of up to 100 dogs in its first day.

"Turnout today is good, but we usually got overcrowded in the past, so that's why we split it between two days this year," Animal Control Officer Susie Root said.
