36-Year-Old Stabbed to Death in District Heights
Fight at dinner party turns deadly over weekend.

A 36-year-old man died on Saturday evening after being stabbed during a fight which broke out at a dinner party in District Heights, according to the Prince George's County Police Department (PGPD).
Police first responded to the 3200 block of Prince Ranier Place in District Heights at about 9:45 p.m. for a report of disorderly conduct. Arriving on the scene, officers found the victim, Lamont Fleet, a resident of the 1700 block of Benning Road NE in Washington, suffering from a stab wound. Fleet was transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
A PGPD media release says that police "are pursuing strong leads in the case."

Despite those leads, police are asking anyone with information on this murder to contact the PGPD homicide unit at 301-772-4924. Police are offering a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who can provide information which leads to an arrest and prosecution.
