The Hyattsville City Council spoke at its April 18 meeting about the prevalence of trash in town. Here's an example from 30th Avenue near Nicholson Street in Ward 4. You can't see it here, but there are two mattresses (or one mattress and a box spring) out there too closer to the driveway.
