Police Seek Missing Kensington Teen
Emily Bliss Boa, 16, of Decatur Avenue, was last seen at her home at about 1 p.m. Wednesday.

KENSINGTON, MD — Police are asking the public for help in locating a missing Kensington teenager who was last seen Wednesday afternoon.
Emily Bliss Boa, 16, of Decatur Avenue, was last seen at her home at about 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Police and family are concerned for Boa's emotional well-being.

Boa is described by police as a white female, 5’7” and about 115 pounds. She has blue eyes and blond hair (possibly dyed a different color). She was last seen wearing a yellow hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and carrying a black backpack. She has tattoos on her left wrist, police said.
Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Emily Bliss Boa is asked to call the Montgomery County Police non-emergency number at 301-279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
