Montgomery County Police is asking for public assistance to find a missing Silver Spring woman. <a href="http://www.mymcpnews.com/2014/12/18/concern-for-missing-silver-spring-woman-9/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Claire Duffy, 48, of the 1200 block of East-West Highway</a>, was last seen in Takoma Park around Carroll Ave. on Tuesday, according to police.Duffy is described as a white, 5'3" female, weighing about 110 pounds.
