(UPDATED 9:54 a.m., Wed.)—A woman was robbed and shot while sitting in Willow Avenue Park
According to Baltimore police, about 4 p.m., Tuesday a woman was sitting on a bench in the park, in the 4400 block of Alhambra Avenue, when a robber armed with a handgun approached.
He demanded money and pointed his gun at the woman.

She complied, and handed over her watch, black iPhone 4 and $2.

The woman was taken to an area hospital, is listed in stable condition and being treated for a gun shot wound to her lower leg, according to police.
