Presbyterian Senior Living Announces Grand Opening of Heritage Run at Stadium Place

Presbyterian Senior Living, a network of 29 senior living communities located across the mid-Atlantic, has announced the grand opening of Heritage Run at Stadium Place. The new 36-unit rental senior living community is located on the historic grounds of Memorial Stadium in Baltimore and offers maintenance-free senior living for people who are 62 or older. The grand opening event will take place at 1:00pm on June 25, 2014 at 1080 East 33rd Street, Baltimore, MD 21218.

 

Heritage Run at Stadium Place is co-located with the new Y, a nationally recognized recreation and athletic center, as well as GEDCO (Govans Ecumenical Development Corporation).

“We are pleased to be able to introduce this new dimension of senior housing to the campus”, stated Stephen Proctor, CEO of Presbyterian Senior Living. “Extending the ministry of Stadium Place in this way fulfills a primary objective of Presbyterian Senior Living - to offer housing and services to seniors across a wide economic spectrum within the community.”

A single monthly rent includes all basic utilities, off street parking, scheduled transportation and a variety of additional services and amenities. Residents will have access to a fitness center, community room, great room, private meeting room and a catering kitchen. An on-site Community Manager and Life Enrichment Coordinator will serve as added resources to access and coordinate services and community activities and events.

 

Residents have the option of five different floor plans, featuring one and two bedroom layouts. Each apartment will include in-unit washer and dryer, all appliances and trash removal. The community also offers added safety and security features including a secure entrance, security cameras and an in-unit emergency call system.
