Robbers Invade Home Claiming to be Police

The Charles Village residents were struck with guns and their hands were duct taped.

Robbers claiming to be police robbed three people in a Charles Village home on Saturday.

At 11:40 p.m., in the 2400 block of Calvert Street, the robbers rang the doorbell and were yelling "police." The robbers then entered the home, duct taped the residents’ hands and hit them with guns, according to a police report.

"Where’s the money? We have all night to kill you," a robber told the residents.

The residents then told the robbers where their money was kept. The robbers took $520 and ran away in an unknown direction.
