On Saturday several racers traveled to East Baltimore to start construction of their toilet racers. They were joined by Baltimore residents who were putting together their carts for the Highlandtown Art Cart Derby on Oct. 6.
Racers can register to enter the race at Wholly Terra and or download a registration form from the festival website.
