3 Arrested After Teen Reports Assault at Arundel Mills
Police continue to look for three other suspects in connection to the assault at the mall Saturday night.

Anne Arundel County police arrested three teenage boys in connection with an assault of a boy at Arundel Mills on Saturday night.Â
Police said they responded at about 9:25 p.m. and spoke to a 15-year-old boy who said he was walking at the mall when a group of six teens passed him. He reportedly exchanged words with one teen, who then punched him. Police said other boys in the group then surrounded the victim and assaulted him when he tried to defend himself.Â
One suspect then took the victim's merchandise and ran off, police said. Police officers and security personnel at the mall apprehended three of the suspects, but three others got away.Â

The victim sustained a laceration to his face but was released to his father's care.Â
The suspects were identified as a 15-year-old boy from Severn, a 16-year-old boy from Severn and a 16-year-old boy from Baltimore. They were charged as juveniles with robbery, assault and theft under $1,000, and released to guardians.Â
