A local homebuilder is looking to divide a lot on Wright Road in Hanover to construct six new homes.
Ameri-Star Homes is proposing to divide a 1.5 acre spot less than a mile west of Arundel Mills.
The lot, located at 7213 Wright Road, is currently home to one single-family home built in 1968.
Ameri-Star will present a sketch plan of the development to the community on Oct. 8. The meeting will take place at 6 p.m. at the Provinces Library in Severn.
