Bricks! Flats170 Apartments Shaping Up

The Flats170 at Academy Yard apartments have been under construction for a while now. But it hasn't always been easy to envision how they will look once completed. 

That's changed in recent days, as construction crews have started to add a brick exterior.

You can see the brick going up on units at the north end of the site now. There are 369 apartment units under construction at the site, which was once the home of the Nevamar facility. 

Flats170 is being developed by Bozzuto, in conjunction with StonebridgeCarras.
