Committee Gives OK to 212-Unit Apartment Project

Developers of the Broadstone apartments project will now seek final approval for the project adjacent to the fire hall in Odenton.

The Odenton Town Center Plan oversight committee recommended approval of a 212-unit apartment complex in Odenton, after developers tweaked the design to include a larger courtyard and condensed the project from three buildings into one.

Alliance Residential presented final plans Tuesday for the Broadstone Apartments, which will feature one- and two-bedroom units near Annapolis Road and Baldwin Avenue.

The complex will include a pool and fitness center, which will offer memberships to the public in order to accommodate requirements for commercial space on the site.
