Could You Speed Through This Obstacle Course?

There's apparently a long obstacle course on Fort Meade, and it looks pretty punishing.

I recently came across a YouTube video featuring soldiers at Fort Meade working their way through an obstacle course on the installation.

The 10-minute video from YouTube user Greg Bartholomew shows about a half-dozen men navigating the course.

The course includes:
-A grid of tires to step through
-Rope climb
-Belly crawl under wires
-Log balance walk
-Several fence and wall climbs

Along the way, the men perform a series of squat thrusts, push-ups, sit-ups and lunges. To me, the hardest task appeared to be when the soldiers were asked—nearly 10 minutes in—to hoist themselves repeatedly onto a ledge using the strength of a single leg.

How quickly do you think you could make it through the course?
