A developer is proposing 14 new single-family homes in an area off Old Waugh Chapel Road in Odenton.
Reliable Real Estate Services next week will present early plans for the project, which would be nestled on 6.6 acres along Old Waugh Chapel near Dopeco Court, about a quarter mile southeast of Piney Orchard Parkway.
The landowners are proposing subdividing two addresses into 14 plots.
