Developer Proposes Housing, Commercial Complex Near Parkway
The project on 13 acres near Clark Road and Route 175 would have 300,000 square feet of homes and 300,000 square feet of commercial space.

A developer will submit a plans later this month on a large housing and commercial project near the entrance to the Baltimore Washington Parkway in Jessup
Potomac Holdings LLC is proposing to build 300,000 square feet of residential space and another 300,000 square feet of commercial at the intersection of Clark Road and Route 175.
The developer will present a sketch plan of the project to the public on June 18 at 6 p.m. at the Provinces Library in Severn.

If developed, the 13-acre project would add to the housing and commercial space being developed at the west end of Route 175. The proposed project is across from the Parkside project in Severn, and is close to the south end of the Arundel Preserve development.
