Driver Stabbed After Laurel Crash, Other Driver Also Hospitalized: Police
A driver was stabbed after a crash in Laurel, police said. The other driver was also hurt in the altercation.

LAUREL, MD — A person was stabbed after a recent crash in the Anne Arundel County section of Laurel, police said.
Officers said two vehicles collided Saturday around 8:38 p.m. on Maryland Route 198, also known as Laurel Fort Meade Road, at the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
Authorities alleged that the adult female driver and teenage juvenile male passenger of one vehicle assaulted the adult male driver of the other vehicle and broke his windshield.

Police said the drivers of both vehicles were taken to the University of Maryland R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. Both are expected to survive.
Anne Arundel County Police Department spokesperson Marc Limansky described the injuries as "non-life-threatening cuts or minor stab wounds."

It's not clear which driver was stabbed, Limansky said, adding that officers found a knife at the scene.
No charges have been filed. Limansky did not identify anybody involved in what he called "a traffic collision followed by an assault/altercation."
