Flats170 Now Accepting Leases

It's now possible to secure a lease at the Flats170 at Academy Yard apartments. 

Bozzuto Group has opened a leasing office at the site along Telegraph Road, and residents may be able to move in later this year.

There are seven buildings under construction with 30 different floor plans with studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. In all, Flats170 will have 369 apartments. 

Flats170 boasts a wide range of amenities including granite countertops, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers in each unit.

The project, located at the former Nevamar site, is being constructed by Bozzuto Group in conjunction with StonebridgeCarras. It is the first phase of the Academy Yard project, which will eventually feature retail at the south end.
