July Jubilation at the Odenton Heritage Society

A celebration exploring the rich history of religious organizations in early 20th-century Odenton.

On Sunday, July 6 from 1PM-4PM, the Odenton Heritage Society (OHS) invites you to July Jubilation—a celebration exploring the rich history of religious organizations in early 20th-century Odenton.

Visit the OHS Historical Center to enjoy festive red, white, and blue ice cream, along with live music by The Overtones, performing Celtic and Old-Time Appalachian instrumental music.

A highlight of the day will be a guided bus tour of historic sites in Odenton, including a special stop at St. John AME Zion Church in Wilsontown. The bus tour departs from the Historical Center at 2PM and lasts approximately one hour. Please note: the bus is not air-conditioned, so plan accordingly for warm July weather. Please pre-register by email to odentonheritage@gmail.com or through our Facebook event with the number of attendees for the bus tour.
