Landowner Seeks to Subdivide Lot, Build Three Homes
Koch Homes would build on the lots, located near the intersection of Waugh Chapel Road and Reigis Court.
A property owner on Waugh Chapel Road is looking to subdivide a lot to allow for the construction of three new single family homes.
Owner Roxie Smith is proposing a minor subdivision at 754 Waugh Chapel Road, near the intersection of Waugh Chapel Road and Reigis Court.
There will be a public meeting on the plans on Nov. 26 at 6 p.m. at the West County Area Library.
According to a notice for the meeting, the new homes would be constructed by Koch Homes and be set about 300 back from Waugh Chapel Road.
