Millersville Man Arrested for Suspicious Activity in Pasadena
The man allegedly approached two juveniles and gave them money before walking them into a wooded area.

A Millersville man was arrested today after approaching two boys in Downs Park on Sunday, according to a report from Anne Arundel County Police.
According to police, James Gaglione Jr., 49, of Millersville was reported by a witness when he approached the boys, gave them money and tried to walk them into a wooded area. The witness approached Gaglione and told him to leave the boys alone, then reported the witness to a park ranger and stood with the boys until they were reuinted with their parents.
County police responded to the park and were directed by the park ranger to Gaglione who was sitting on a bench. As an officer approached Gaglione, he stood, grabbed his bike and began to ride away. The officer identified himself and gave chase as Gaglione ignored commands to stop. After a foot chase the officer was able to apprehend Gaglione, who was taken into custody.

Gaglione was charged with Obstructing and Hindering and Disorderly Conduct.
Anne Arundel County Police are continuing to investigate the incident and are seeking to identify the potential victims and witness. The witness is described as an adult white female who may be a schoolteacher while the potential victims are believed to be two white males between 10 to 12 years of age.
