New Coffee Shop Coming to Village at Odenton Station

Baltimore Coffee and Tea Co. will open its fourth location early next year.

A new coffee shop is coming to Odenton.

Baltimore Coffee and Tea Co. said it will open a location at the Village at Odenton Station early next year, bringing another retail tenant to the area near the MARC station.

The coffee shop will fill about 2,400 square feet.

The deal for the shop was negotiated by Patricia Palumbo, who has struck deals for retail space in several locations in Odenton.

Retail space at the Village has been filled at a slower rate as the nearby apartment units, but progress has been made this year.

A New Orleans-style po' boy shop is expected to move in by 2014, and space is being filled by a dental office, pharmacy, dry cleaners and medical spa.

For Baltimore Coffee and Tea Co., the Odenton location will be its fourth in the region. The company offers more than 100 varieties and flavors of coffee, plus teas, bagels and sandwiches. It also has a wholesale division, selling coffee to restaurants and grocers throughout the mid-atlantic region.
