Odenton Man Accused of Assaulting Two Women at Penn State

PennLive.com reports that Claudius Taylor, 18, is accused of grabbing two women in State College Sunday.

An Odenton native was arrested Sunday after being accused of assaulting two women in State College, PA. 

PennLive.com reported that Claudius Taylor, 18, was charged with assault after two incidents that took place within 20 minutes of one another. 

The first incident reportedly took place a 2:44 a.m. Sunday, when Taylor allegedly grabbed a woman's buttocks and then held her against her will. He also stole her iPhone, according to police. 

In the second incident at 3 a.m., Taylor is accused of coming up behind a woman and punching her in the head several times. 
 
Taylor is reportedly a student at Penn State Harrisburg. 

He was charged by State College Police with two counts of robbery, two counts of false imprisonment, two counts of simple assault, indecent assault, theft and receiving stolen property.
