Odenton Residents Say They Were Robbed of Gaming System

Police said at least two men had handguns when carrying out the robbery Wednesday night on Eagle Landing Way.

An Odenton man said he and a friend were robbed of a gaming system Wednesday after making arrangements to sell it.

Police said they spoke to one 19-year-old victim, who said he and his friend met another man to sell the system, but that the man asked to go to one of the victim's apartment to ensure it was working. At that point, two other men emerged with handguns and told the victims to lie on the ground. Police said the suspects then took a duffle bag containing the gaming system.

The victims said the three suspects then ran off. The victims said the robbery happened at about 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 2000 block of Eagle Landing Way in Odenton. However, the victims did not report the robbery until 90 minutes later at the Western District Police Station, according to police.
