UPDATE: Severn Man Found in Baltimore County

Police said Donald Holland suffers from dementia but drove away from his home Friday night.

UPDATE: Donald Holland was found unharmed in Baltimore County, according to Anne Arundel County police spokesperson T.J. Smith.

Maryland State Police have issued for an elderly Severn man who drove from his home unexpectedly Friday night. 

Donald Holland, 71, suffers from dementia and left his home in Severn at about 7:30 p.m. Friday, Anne Arundel County police said. Police are urging the public to call immediately if they seem him or his vehicle. 

Anne Arundel County Police said they spoke to Holland's wife, who said her husband walked out of their house to get an item. Holland's wife said he then got into a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser and drove north on Elmhurst Road toward Quarterfield Road.

Holland was last seen wearing a blue plaid coat, red short sleeve shirt, white tennis shoes, blue jeans and brown rimless glasses. 

The PT Cruiser is beige in color and has a license plate number SB0116.
