WaWa Proposes New Store at Parke West
The new store would take over the space occupied by the High's Dairy Store and dry cleaners
WaWa intends to build a new store and gas station the Parke West Plaza, near the border of Severn and Glen Burnie.
The convenience store chain plans to take over the space currently occupied by the High's Dairy Store and a dry cleaner, according to a notice from the Anne Arundel County Office of Planning and Zoning.
It will also build a new gas station with six pump islands, replacing the existing Citgo station.

The Parke West Plaza is located off of Quarterfield Road, near the entrance to Interstate 97.
WaWa will present its preliminary plans for the site at a community meeting on June 18 at 6:30 p.m. at the North County Library.
