Bel Air Couple Arrested, Charged In Retirement Home Copper Theft
The incident occurred at Glen Meadows Retirement Community on Feb. 25.
Police have arrested two Bel Air residents and charged them with burglary following an incident at Glen Meadows Retirement Center.
Ronnie Darnelle Gamble, 46, and Marcia Renee Soulsman, 50, both of the unit block of Carolina Court in Bel Air, were arrested and charged with second- and fourth-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, and malicious destruction of property.
Gamble was released from the Baltimore County Detention Center on Feb. 28 in lieu of $15,000 bond, according to online court records. Soulsman was released on her own recognizance on Feb. 27.

Police say that around 9:30 p.m. Feb. 25, Soulsman drove Gamble to a vacant home at the Glen Meadows Retirement Community, 11639 Glen Arm Road.
Once there, Gamble pried open a rear kitchen door using a screwdriver and stole copper pipe and a water pressure tank from the basement, according to a police report.

Soulsman then picked Gamble up in a 2010 Toyota Prius and the couple left the scene, the report states.
